SYNOPSIS
Suspends an identity observability pipeline.
SYNTAX
Suspend-R1Pipeline [-pipelineId] <String> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Suspends a pipeline, stopping it processing until it is resumed with Resume-R1Pipeline.
