SYNOPSIS
Applies a license.
SYNTAX
Set-R1License [-license] <String> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Applies a license to the deployment.
Read-R1License reports what a license contains without applying it.

On a RadiantOne SaaS tenant the license endpoints return 404, licensing being handled through the environment operations center rather than through this API.
This command has not been exercised against a live deployment, so its behaviour rests on the published API definition alone.
