SYNOPSIS
Sets the libraries a library depends on.
SYNTAX
Set-R1LibraryDependency [-groupId] <String> [-artifactId] <String> [-version] <String>
[-dependencies] <Object[]> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Replaces the dependencies of the named library with the collection supplied.
