SYNOPSIS
Sets the libraries a JDBC driver depends on.
SYNTAX
Set-R1JdbcDriverLibrary [-name] <String> [-libraries] <Object[]> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Replaces the library references of the named driver file with the collection supplied.
EXAMPLES

Set-R1JdbcDriverLibrary -name 'csvjdbc-1.0.41.jar' -libraries @()
Records that the driver depends on no other libraries, as the control panel does after an upload.
